Key Requirements:
- Experience with Reconciliations
- Experience navigating Paypal
- AR/ AP experience
- Processing monthly reports
- Previous experience working in Quickbooks Desktop
- Understanding of receiving and reconciling Inventory
- Strong Excel experience
- Strong attention to details
Shifts:
- Company operates Monday–Friday, 8AM-5PM
- 10–15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule with consistent hours
- Schedule will be established based on candidate availability and business needs
- Must be available to come in on short notice for urgent or time-sensitive needs
- Temp to hire
