Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for each client, ensuring they meet individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress toward established treatment goals, making adjustments as necessary to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to support clients in high-stress situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in mental health and substance abuse treatments, applying this knowledge to improve practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
