Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in school or pediatric settings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to support student success
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide resources and consultation to school staff and families
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages all students to reach their full potential
