Staff Accountant

Now Hiring: Staff Accountant | Southlake, TX (Hybrid) We're partnering with a growing organization in Southlake, TX to hire a Staff Accountant who will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. What You’ll Do This hands‑on accounting role will support the Controller and be responsible for: Full‑cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and 1099 compliance Accounts Receivable activities, including invoice reconciliation, payment posting, collections follow‑up, and aging review General ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end close support Payroll‑related reconciliations and coordination with HR on employee changes Audit support, reporting, and process improvement initiatives Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 1+ years of accounting experience Experience with full‑cycle AP and AR Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and formulas Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Preferred: Experience with Sage Intacct or other cloud‑based ERP systems Experience with Bill.com, Ramp, or similar AP automation platforms Exposure to external audit support Why Consider This Opportunity?
