Know how to track down a discrepancy, untangle a vendor account, and keep the payment process moving? We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional with hands-on ERP experience who brings both accuracy and problem-solving skills to the table.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands the full A/P cycle and can take ownership of complex transactions, reconciliations, and invoice exceptions. You should be comfortable investigating issues, working across departments, and following a transaction through an integrated accounting system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, code, and process invoices accurately within an ERP system.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation, investigating discrepancies as needed.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve missing invoices, credits, and payment issues.
• Prepare and review payment batches, ensuring proper approvals and supporting documentation.
• Support month-end close, A/P reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Work with vendors, purchasing, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Substantial accounts payable experience with ownership of the full A/P cycle.
• Hands-on experience processing A/P in an ERP system , such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, or a comparable platform.
• Strong reconciliation, troubleshooting, and Excel skills.
• An understanding of purchasing workflows, approval processes, and accounting controls.
• The ability to manage priorities independently and communicate clearly with vendors and colleagues.
