HR Generalist

Job Description

The HR Generalist will play a vital role, supporting various human resources functions to ensure smooth employee relations and compliance. This position requires coordination of onboarding processes, payroll assistance, training activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

Manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment
Coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure smooth integration
Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations
Facilitate and coordinate employee training programs
Support payroll processes and related administrative tasks
Maintain organized and accurate HR records

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in human resources
