Administrative Coordinator
Full-Time | Office-Based | Team-Oriented Role
We’re hiring an Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple teams. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to step into a stable role with growth potential.
You’ll help keep projects moving, support scheduling, and ensure everything stays organized and on track.
What You’ll Do- Manage and update team calendars based on project timelines and availability
- Communicate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams via email and phone
- Track job details, process invoices, and update systems using ERP tools (BT5)
- Build and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and project documentation
- Provide administrative support (filing, scanning, data entry, phones)
- Act as a point of contact for questions and day-to-day coordination
- Keep files organized and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Step in to support team members as needed
- 1+ year of administrative, office, or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Waverly, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
