Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to the unique circumstances of individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients who may have limited access to mental health services, providing care for a broad range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your compassionate approach will help establish trust and rapport with a diverse clientele, allowing for effective treatment and positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling setting, particularly in clinical practice.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a variety of clients.

• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
