Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement individualized therapy strategies, offering modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that all interventions are evidence-based and meet the unique needs of each client.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
