Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, including conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate treatment.

• Conduct group therapy sessions, family counseling, and couples therapy to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including social workers, psychiatrists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, prioritizing client confidentiality at all times.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from all walks of life, many of whom have limited access to mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
