Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to discuss client progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and prepare for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Collaboratively develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans centered around client needs and preferences.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for each client, including detailed progress notes and treatment records.
\n
• Perform intake assessments to understand client backgrounds, needs, and to tailor initial treatment plans accordingly.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on client cases.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a wide-ranging client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current, active, and unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• At least one year of direct clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficient in using technology, including Excel, RMS systems, and other digital platforms for service delivery and record-keeping.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family psychotherapy services.
\n
• Comfortable performing comprehensive intake assessments and developing preliminary treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth service delivery is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a strong understanding of mental health diagnostics.

• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams and collaborative care models.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates that are paid ahead of collections, minimizing waiting times for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
