Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform individualized therapy strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques for individuals, couples, families, and groups, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic treatment plans and optimize client outcomes.

• Stay engaged with ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in providing therapeutic support that empowers clients to navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
