Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, conducting sessions with individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and secure clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create cohesive care plans, regularly participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments.

• Stay current on advancements in mental health research by attending workshops and professional development opportunities, bringing new insights to the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with diverse individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health care. You will address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each client. By building rapport and establishing trust, you will help clients navigate their challenges and work towards achieving emotional stability and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client availability.
