Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health issues, strengths, and areas that require attention. This includes rigorous clinical interviews and the use of standardized assessment tools to formulate accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client, integrating various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychoeducation.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering an open and supportive environment that encourages clients to share their thoughts and feelings.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, including risk assessments and referral to higher levels of care when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, while also integrating client feedback into ongoing treatment adjustments.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive client care and coordinate treatment efforts.

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist in Colorado (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
