Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients through telehealth sessions, fostering rapport and building strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to assess client progress, review treatment goals, and discuss any necessary adjustments to the care plan.

• Create, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with organizational standards.

• Complete comprehensive intake assessments to determine client eligibility and to develop suitable treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on youth and adolescents facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is essential.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
