Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health status, utilizing various diagnostic tools and methodologies during initial sessions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique challenges and foster their mental well-being.

• Maintain regular telehealth sessions with clients, providing them with coping strategies, therapeutic techniques, and ongoing support to facilitate their recovery journey.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or support groups, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients with complex needs.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in an electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the cultural, familial, and personal needs of each client will be paramount in fostering trust and effective communication.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid mental health professional license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Colorado is required.

• A minimum of four years of direct experience in mental health counseling is necessary.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the mental health spectrum, including evidence-based treatment modalities and cultural competence.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting both individual and group therapy, utilizing inclusive therapeutic strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
