Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client’s individual needs.

• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide well-rounded client care and service integration.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and conferences to stay current with evolving practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals of all ages and backgrounds, particularly those experiencing obstacles in accessing traditional mental health services. Counselors will work with clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Through individualized and group therapy sessions, LPCs will help clients find effective coping strategies and pathways to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
