Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their individual circumstances.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to address specific issues.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various techniques to promote emotional healing and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. As a mental health counselor, the ability to empathize and connect with clients who may feel vulnerable or stigmatized is critical. Our diverse clientele represents various backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences, providing a rich and rewarding professional engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice in California, with compliance to all state regulations.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical setting, working with individuals facing emotional and mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
