Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans targeting issues such as grief, relationship conflict, blended family challenges, and mental health concerns.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and tools to facilitate client progress and enhance coping skills.

• Document case notes and treatment plans efficiently, maintaining compliance with state and organizational regulations.

• Engage in regular team collaboration, attending case reviews, and professional development sessions to refine your skills and share best practices.

• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness and services offered by our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges. Your expertise will support clients dealing with:

• Emotional impact from physical or psychological abuse

• Grief and loss concerns
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and communication difficulties

• Stress stemming from work, relationship separation, and divorce

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• An active LMFT license in the state of California
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
