This role serves as the first point of contact for internal users experiencing technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of problems related to hardware, software, and network systems. This position will be based in our Seattle (Northgate) office.What You'll DoProvide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or in-personConfigure, maintain, and deploy end user devices (i.e. laptops, mobile devices, printers, etc.)Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to internal systemsProvide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools and resourcesEscalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate IT personnel or departmentsAssist with onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, equipment provisioning, and participating in onboarding meetings with new hiresDeliver excellent customer service and ensure user satisfactionSupport company-wide IT initiatives, projects, and process improvement as neededPhysical Demands: able to lift up to 50 pounds as neededBasic Qualifications1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support roleFamiliarity with Windows and mobile operating systemsExperience with Office 365 and remote support toolsBasic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshootingStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, but not required)Understanding of Cloud Computing, including off-site data storage and backupsUnderstanding of VPN and secure remote connection technologies (Cisco a plus)The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative project-team environment, interchangeably supporting co-workers and engaging co-workers' support to meet the specific needs of a wide range of projects. The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 – $35.00 per hour. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, performance, location, and internal equity.
