Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escape to the appropriate party when needed Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Compensation $13 - $13.75 hourly Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 15 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
