Tom Wood Aviation, in Indianapolis, IN is searching for a part-time Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-12:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
• Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and reservations, maintaining clear and professional communication at all times.
• Resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates to deliver top-notch customer service that fosters long-term customer loyalty and contributes to increased profitability.
• Coordinate with colleagues for accounting and invoicing.
• Aviation knowledge is extremely helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail in processing orders, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records
• Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
• Effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic
• Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly.
• Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to achieve common goals
• MUST HAVE - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
