Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with assigned clients, conducting assessments and formulating treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions that encourage recovery and personal development.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to advance the treatment goals and enhance the overall care provided to clients.

• Implement integrated care plans to ensure seamless access to linked services and facilitate communication amongst clients, family members, and providers.

• Participate in regular case reviews, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective treatment services focused on their immediate needs.

• Contribute to the development of safety protocols, identifying and reporting unsafe situations, thereby maintaining a secure environment for clients and staff.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, adeptly addressing acute situations to provide immediate support and necessary resources.

• Ensure compliance with professional ethical guidelines and adhere to the standards set by Pure Insight Counseling Solutions.

• Prepare and submit timely reports and documentation as required for program tracking and accountability.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
