Sous Chef

Job Summary Miss Hall's School seeks a Sous Chef to help enhance our dynamic culinary program. The Sous Chef position works collaboratively with the Director of Culinary by contributing towards menu design, standardizing recipes, and overseeing a contemporary kitchen that meets the diverse culinary needs of the Miss Hall's School community. The right candidate will have strong knowledge of current food trends, an understanding of kitchen management, and a desire to teach and grow our team. A willingness to prepare restaurant‑quality food is critical. Commitment to the culinary field and a drive to excel are important, as this position offers growth and opportunity. The role works in collaboration with the Director of Culinary on menu development and event planning.
