Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
\n
• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintaining thorough documentation of client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and community resources to deliver comprehensive care.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to a supportive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
