Description – Role Overview

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Ensure accuracy through thorough analysis of results, troubleshooting any discrepancies, and performing essential maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing, exemplifying teamwork in every aspect.
• Meticulously document all procedures and take part in training both new personnel and students while ensuring compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Promote a safe and organized workplace by strictly following occupational safety and regulatory guidelines.

Academic Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, with plans for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within a year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
