Receptionist PositionWe are seeking a professional, organized, and personable Receptionist to join our Farmington Hills, MI office. This is a full-time, front desk position offering a competitive salary, full benefits, and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, clients, and staff.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional with excellent communication and multitasking skills, particularly those with experience in a legal or professional services setting.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system; take and relay messages as neededManage daily mail and package deliveries, including logging and distributing itemsCoordinate outgoing shipments via FedEx/UPS and maintain incoming fax distributionUpdate and maintain staff extension list and conference room calendarOrganize and manage the front desk area and ensure conference rooms are clean and stockedMonitor and manage inventory of office supplies; coordinate with vendors for restocking and equipment maintenanceProvide general administrative support and assist in scheduling meetings and conference callsPerform other clerical duties as assigned to support office efficiencyQualifications1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk administrative assistant; law firm or professional services background preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredFamiliarity with multi-line phone systemsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and ExcelExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and exercise sound judgmentPhysical RequirementsThis role involves extended periods of sitting and frequent use of computers and office equipment.
