Location Hollywood, Florida Summary The Associate Recruiter supports Memorial's mission, vision and values through sourcing and selection activities that identify, select, and hire top talent. Provides Talent Acquisition strategy support to MHS hiring leaders while performing full life-cycle recruitment in the assigned area. Supports the Memorial culture by providing the Memorial Experience. Responsibilities Extracts and compiles data to create competitive job offer(s). Maintains department goals to maintain the Memorial Experience for all applicants, candidates, hiring managers and team members as measured by various customer experience surveys. Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities. Creates sourcing strategies using technology-based search techniques and established external relationships, and supports and attends recruitment hiring events or conferences. Screens and selects top talent candidates by conducting initial interviews, submitting candidates to the hiring manager for review and feedback, and constructing competitive offer packages.
