Bilingual Front Desk Recruiting Coordinator - Receptionist
Primary responsibility will assist the Branch with Administrative Tasks. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.
• Answer Phones
• Assist candidates with applications and coordinate interviews
• Administer Drug Tests and perform background checks
• Administer skill evaluations
• Perform Orientations
• Process I9's
• Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
• Review and update employee records
• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Bilingual English/Spanish
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
2+ years experience in Administrative role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Valid Driver License
High School Diploma/GED
• Able to work in Fast paced environment
