Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary health care team to develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments, ensuring that discharge plans effectively meet each patient's needs.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, developing interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of each patient, and maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to departmental policies.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling to patients dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges, helping them navigate through intense situations and promoting a path toward recovery.

• Engage and coordinate with patients’ families or support systems to facilitate effective treatment and discharge planning, ensuring that the support network is involved and informed throughout the process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of three years of unsupervised, post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating your expertise in social work practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
