VP, Navy Capture & Business Development
Orbis Corporation
ORBIS seeks a high‑impact Business Development and Capture Leader to drive full lifecycle capture for Navy SEAPORT opportunities ranging from tens to hundreds of millions. You will shape procurement directions, build elite teams, and position ORBIS as a trusted partner in defense innovation and delivery excellence.
The role requires 10+ years in Navy BD/capture, proven Prime contracting success, and strong executive communication to influence senior NAVSEA stakeholders in Washington, DC.
