This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own environment while connecting with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to create tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups based on current, research-backed methodologies.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring they are matched to the client’s unique situation.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure a comprehensive approach to client treatment.

• Document clinical progress by maintaining accurate records in compliance with ethical standards and applicable laws, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to remain current with advancements in mental health best practices and evolving therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Ridgeview Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges. Your focus may include, but is not limited to, stress management, workplace conflicts, relationship issues, and personal development. Each session provides a platform for clients to explore their emotions and receive support tailored to their circumstances, enabling their journey towards emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in the legal and ethical requirements governing clinical practice and counseling.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a varied client population.

• A demonstrated history of successful collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure integrated client care.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and digital tools relevant to providing therapeutic services.
