Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting, offering flexibility and convenience to your schedule while maintaining a strong sense of community and teamwork. You will be interacting with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, participating in virtual meetings, and utilizing telehealth platforms to provide therapy sessions. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structure that encourages work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based practices to ensure effective treatment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate the client's strengths, goals, and preferences, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that complies with all regulatory standards, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, clinical social workers, and nurse practitioners, working together to enhance the quality of client care.

• Participate in regular training, supervision sessions, and case consultations to enhance your clinical skills and integrate new therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Calm Again Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds and cultures, offering you the rewarding opportunity to engage with and support a broad spectrum of individuals and families seeking therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT license in the state of Maryland.

• A Master's degree or higher in a mental health-related field (e.g., psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work).

• Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating empathy and clarity when interacting with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to individuals and families.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices to engage effectively with clients from a distance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
