What You’ll Do: Providing prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to customers Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with a focus on delivering positive outcomes. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Upholding our commitment to outstanding customer care in every interaction. What We’re Looking For: 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills A problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure Attention to detail and organizational skills A genuine passion for helping others and creating positive experiences Why Leo's?
