Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Compassionate Health Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, families, and children. You will play a crucial role in fostering a safe space for healing and personal growth, tailoring your approach to meet the complexities of each client's experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A current LMFT license issued by the state of New Jersey.

• At least 2 years of experience in a full-time counseling capacity, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Expertise in working with couples, children, teens, and families, particularly with the ability to address the needs of diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and systems theory will be beneficial. We encourage clinicians who have demonstrated skill in conducting virtual therapy sessions and those who have a background in serving marginalized communities to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
