Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, forming personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities to individuals, groups, and families facing diverse mental health issues.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support, intervention, and follow-up care to clients in acute distress.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license, being either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or holding a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and a commitment to understanding and valuing diversity in populations served.

• Exemplary organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with clinic policies.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should possess at least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with a proven ability to work effectively in a clinical or therapeutic environment. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and experience in community mental health settings are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
