Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Minimum educational requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Demonstrated understanding of substance use disorders and familiarity with recovery-oriented practices, motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Proven ability to deliver both individual and group therapy effectively, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
