Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical judgment.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and therapeutic needs.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions and treatment progress, complying with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to optimize treatment strategies and share best practices.

• Foster a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment to facilitate open discussions during therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with individuals across a range of demographics, including adolescents, adults, and families, who are seeking assistance with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A valid California license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing mental health services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
