Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the psychological, emotional, and social needs of clients. Formulate individualized treatment plans grounded in solution-focused interventions, adapting approaches based on ongoing assessments.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, ensuring that each method aligns with evidence-based practices.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, which is essential for tracking progress and ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care strategies. Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to promote a shared learning environment.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources, thereby empowering them to engage actively in the recovery process.

Qualifications\n
