Business Development Manager Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing sales activities within the assigned territory, and driving revenue growth. This role works closely with customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and support strategic business initiatives. Essential Duties Develop new business opportunities and manage sales activities within the assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers Achieve sales targets, increase market share, and expand the sales pipeline Develop and execute sales strategies, proposals, and product presentations Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, and global sales teams to support customer needs Identify market trends and new product opportunities through market research and customer feedback Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and activity reports Support new product introductions (NPI) and participate in trade shows and customer events Working Hours / Working style 9:00am-5:00pm Working Location San Jose, CA Salary / Benefit $110K-120K / year Holidays Dependent on company policy Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field required 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the electronic components industry Experience in new business development and account management Technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM Ability to travel up to 40% within the assigned territory Existing distributor relationships and interconnect industry experience are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Quick
