Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that consider their unique strengths and challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care and continuity in treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
