Job Duties / Responsibilities Take ownership of payroll process: review timecards for accuracy and approvals, ensuring smooth, on‑time bi‑weekly payroll processing. Serve as a go‑to resource for employees by resolving payroll questions and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Keep financial operations running efficiently by organizing purchase requests and accurately processing accounts payable items on schedule. Manage weekly check runs, including preparing, printing, and distributing accounts payable and payroll checks. Three to five years of experience processing payroll required. Proficient data entry skills and proven ability to use electronic data processing equipment and related payroll and financial software applications.
