Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual therapy sessions in addition to joint sessions with couples and families, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Assessing client needs and developing tailored therapeutic plans that address specific issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and more.

• Utilizing evidenced-based therapeutic techniques to foster communication and resolve issues within families, including conflicts among siblings and the challenges of blended families.

• Monitoring and evaluating client progress, documenting treatment plans, and adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Engaging in regular team meetings and consultations to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance collaborative care.

• Participating in continued education and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest trends and methodologies in family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
