Enterprise Sales Director

To support a growing sales organization, the full-time salaried Enterprise Sales Director will manage the end-to-end sales operations, from pipeline generation to closing high-value deals, while leading a team of remote representatives across the U.S. Key Responsibilities Design and implement the sales process for the Enterprise segment while driving revenue through outbound prospecting and closing Act as a player-coach, participating in discovery calls and demos to ensure operational success before scaling the team Rapidly expand the sales team from 10 to over 40 remote representatives, including hiring and mentoring Sales Managers Required Qualifications 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience with a proven track record of building teams from the ground up Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or DevOps/Data Management industries Hands-on problem solver with a preference for direct involvement in sales activities Experience managing a remote organization of 30+ people and developing leaders within the team Expert-level understanding of CRM hygiene and sales optimization methodologies
