Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing therapeutic alliances while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conducting regular client sessions to monitor progress, stability, and treatment plans, including timely discharge when appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and evaluating personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Completing thorough intake assessments for new clients to ensure accurate diagnosis and tailored care.

• Maintaining organized documentation and detailed progress notes for all clients in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participating in ongoing individual supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to provide holistic care and address multifaceted client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in the state of New Jersey.

• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including spreadsheets, record management systems, and email platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with the following experience and skills will be given preference:

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually based on experience and performance. Benefits include:
