Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in several key tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, assisting in the creation of tailored treatment plans based on individual goals and challenges.

• Providing one-on-one therapeutic sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or person-centered therapy aligned with client needs.

• Monitoring client progress through regular check-ins, sessions, and feedback, while making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

• Utilizing teletherapy technology to offer flexible appointment options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face transportation or mobility challenges.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly to uphold industry regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in regular professional development workshops and peer consultations to refine your clinical skills and stay informed of advancements in mental health treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

• Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating a trustworthy and warm therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrate empathy and compassion, maintaining a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ diverse perspectives and life experiences.

• Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills to manage caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following qualifications and experiences would enhance a candidate’s application:

Compensation and Benefits\n
