Accounts Receivable Clerk

Join Our Team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at SERVPRO of Bear New Castle Are you seeking a dynamic career with a leading fire and water clean-up and restoration company? SERVPRO of Bear New Castle is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Process customer payments according to company policy. Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, skipped invoices, and partial payments. Communicate with customers to make payment arrangements and resolve inquiries. Enter information into our Servpro Workcenter 2.0 software system. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly closing reports. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries promptly. Submit accounts to management for bad debt write-off. Email invoices to customers for payment. Additional Responsibilities: Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. Manage outside collection accounts as well as any legal accounts. Answer phones. Qualifications: Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Knowledge of HR practices and procedures (preferred but not required). In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also: Perform other tasks as required. Accept additional responsibilities willingly. Cross-train on all systems to ensure accuracy.
