Payment Operations Specialist

Detail-oriented and proactive, the remote Payment Operations Specialist for LATAM will manage payment disputes, resolve billing exceptions, and improve revenue operations in a fast-paced startup environment. Key responsibilities Manage payment disputes and chargeback cases from initial notification through resolution Coordinate with Customer Support, Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, and Finance to resolve payment-related issues Monitor payment activity to identify fraud trends and recommend process improvements Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in Payment Operations, Billing Operations, Chargebacks, or similar roles Experience managing payment disputes or chargebacks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Professional English communication skills (written and spoken) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
