Collections Specialist

Work Mode: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Execute a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails to resolve delinquent balances and secure payments.
Manage multiple account queues while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and productivity goals.
Professionally communicate with high-value customers, investigate account concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Perform account analysis, identify potential collection risks, and recommend solutions to mitigate risk.
Partner with supervisors to support process improvements and communicate updates related to collections operations.
Review and respond to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business/Corporate Collections.
Knowledge of billing and collections procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, Gmail, and Google Drive.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and solve problems proactively.
