Senior Collections Specialist
Greetings! We have an immediate contract position with our direct client in Scottsdale, AZ.
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, 85250 Duration: 08/10/2026 - 02/28/2027 Pay rate: $23.50/hr on W2 Schedule Notes: Initially, 5 days a week in-office, Monday-Friday (training period), with opportunity to be hybrid (max of 2 WFH days per week)
Job Description
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience in business/corporate collections.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace applications: including Gmail, GDrive, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and MS Word/Google Docs.
- Resourcefulness, ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and ability to leverage available resources efficiently to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
- Knowledge of billing and collections procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with acute attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to adapt to rapid change.
